In this 3 day workshop you will learn how to deliver Strategic Start® Executive on-boarding process. This coaching/consulting approach condenses into a few weeks the communication, trust building, information sharing and learning that could normally take up to 18 months. For over 10 years Strategic Start has successfully supported executives in flourishing from day one while building the foundation for long term success. The workshop is facilitated by Connie Meyer, president of Performance Partners and developer of the Strategic Start on-boarding approach.
In the three day workshop you will:
•Understand key factors that contribute to successful executive on-boarding and potential landmines.
•Have the facilitator guides, handouts and materials to successfully facilitate on-boarding meetings with staff, stakeholders and superiors.
•Learn how to assess the situation accurately and customize the approach to be an exact fit to the needs of the client.
•Learn how to market Strategic Start to internal and external clients.
In addition you will receive a Facilitator’s manual, two notebooks for the Executive, access to on-line materials and a copy of The First 90 Days by Watkins.
